NHTSA Speed Campaign Toolkit

The intent of this toolkit is to provide you with marketing materials, earned media tools, and marketing ideas you can distribute to fit your local needs and objectives while partnering with other states, communities, and organizations across the country on your speed management program. It includes messaging and templates you may choose from to support your speed management initiatives. The resources available can be used in several capacities and are built on two message platforms:

  • Social Norming - Stop Speeding Before It Stops You
  • Enforcement - Obey the Sign or Pay the Fine

Please select, tailor, and distribute the items in this toolkit in a way that best fits your local situation and objectives.
